• Artists who use the Platform to display and sell their artwork, and

• Buyers who browse, interact with, and purchase artwork via the Platform.

We collect and store information you provide from time to time when using our Platform. You may choose not to provide certain information, but in such cases, you may not be able to purchase the products from the Platform.

From the artists, we shall be collecting information, including without limitation: 

• Full name, email, phone number, address

• Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN, or similar documents for identity verification and compliance

• Bank account or payment details to process payouts

• Artist biography, portfolio, social media handles

• Uploaded images, descriptions, and pricing of artwork

 

From the Buyer, we shall collect the following details:

• Full name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number

• Credit/debit card or UPI details (processed by secure third-party gateways)

• Order history and preferences

 

In addition to the above, we may also collect IP address, browser type, device information, OS, and referral URLs, user interactions with the Platform (pages viewed, actions taken, etc.), cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use cookies and similar tools to enhance user experience, analyze web traffic, and serve targeted ads. You can control cookie usage through your browser settings.
